Who is responsible
The data controller is Aurélien Joubert, sole proprietor (entreprise individuelle) trading as Tenworld Network, 8 bis rue Madame de Récamier, 37700 La Ville-aux-Dames, France. Registered in the French national business register (RNE) under no. 101 283 620, SIRET 101 283 620 00017. No data protection officer appointed at this stage. Contact: contact@reynelle.com.
What is stored
Email, role (woman or couple), city, site language, date and time of signup, version of the consent text accepted. No name, no geolocation, no cookie. The email is required: without it, there is no signup.
The hosting provider keeps technical logs (IP address, timestamp, browser) for security purposes, for a period it sets.
Why, and on what basis
One purpose only: to notify you by email when we open in the city you chose.
Legal basis: your consent (article 6.1.a GDPR), collected explicitly because the signup reveals an interest in a threesome dating app (article 9.2.a). This consent is freely given and can be withdrawn at any time, without retroactive effect.
Who has access
The publisher only. Data is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., a processor under article 28 GDPR, bound by a data processing agreement. The launch email will be sent through an email delivery provider that will be named here before the first email goes out. No sale, no sharing for advertising.
Transfers outside the EU
Cloudflare is a US company. The database is created with a Western Europe location preference, without a contractual residency guarantee. Transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses.
How long
Data is kept until we open in the city you chose, then deleted no later than 12 months after launch. Immediate deletion on request.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, post-mortem instructions. One email to contact@reynelle.com is enough, reply within a month.
You can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France.
What we do not do
No automated decision, no profiling, no targeted advertising. The service is restricted to adults: any signup identified as coming from a minor is deleted.
Security
HTTPS, database access restricted to the publisher, no extraction of emails outside sending the launch email and handling a rights request, minimal collection.
Updates
Consent version: 2026-10-19.3. Any substantial change leads to a new consent version. Signups collected under an earlier version remain limited to the purpose described here.
